Shipping Policy
What delivery costs, how long it takes, and where we can and cannot deliver.
1. Where we ship from
We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
Orders are packed and dispatched from Thane, Maharashtra. We deliver within India only.
2. Delivery timelines

These are estimates based on our couriers’ usual performance, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST on a working day are packed the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. The charge is based on the order value and is shown before you confirm the order. We do not charge extra for a distant PIN code.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. You pay the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. A few remote PIN codes fall outside our couriers’ COD network; checkout tells you before you place the order.
5. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed on the day the parcel is handed to the courier. Courier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a weekend. If a link has not updated for 72 hours, send your Order ID to [email protected] and we will follow it up.
6. Addresses we cannot serve
- India only — we do not ship internationally.
- Street addresses only; no PO boxes and no APO or FPO addresses.
- A parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched; the delivery charge applies again.
