How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods on this site — no cards, no net banking, no wallets.

Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?

No. COD costs the same as paying by UPI.

Will GST be added at checkout?

No — there is no GST line on your order. We are not registered for GST because turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number is issued. The item price is what appears on the product page; delivery charges are shown before checkout.

Can you give me a GST tax invoice?

No — a GST tax invoice with a registration number cannot be issued, because the business is not registered for GST. An order invoice is sent with the parcel.

What does delivery cost?

Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that.

How long does it take?

Packing takes 1–2 business days, then 2–4 business days in transit to metro cities and 4–8 business days elsewhere — 3–6 business days to metro cities, 5–10 business days elsewhere door to door from Thane, Maharashtra. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We deliver within India only.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed on the day of dispatch. You can also use the Track Your Order page with your Order ID and order email.

How long do I have to return something?

10 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging.

It arrived damaged. What now?

Write to [email protected] within 48 hours with your Order ID and photographs. We review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

When do I get my money back?

Within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us and passing a condition check. A cancellation refund takes 5–7 business days.

How do you describe what you sell?

Sizes, materials and age markings come from the specification given to us for each item. Soft-toy dimensions are approximate because stuffed items are measured differently by different makers. Plated items are described as plated, and no metal purity is stated.
